Manufacturing Sales Representative

Arrow Industrail is seeking a full-time Manufacturing Sales Representative to join their growing organization in Littleton, Colorado. Arrow Industrial specializes in prototyping, quick response, production of precision machined parts and assemblies primarily for aerospace, medical, computer, custom machinery OEMs and other manufacturers.

The manufacturing sales representative will be working directly with senior level management and procurement professionals in aerospace and medical companies. Ideally, the candidate will have a strong understanding of the aerospace and/or medical field.

Initially, sales will be generated by expanding upon the current client base via additional untapped divisions. Eventually, the expectation will be that the sales representative will expand business to new clients. The ideal candidate will be able to pick up the industry lingo quickly and aggressively work to generate sales.

Responsibilities:

- Meet and exceed minimum sales quotas established by Management for new sales business.
- Generate sales leads in addition to pursuing qualified lead sources by other internal/external resources.

- Effectively present service offerings to clients utilizing technical verbiage appropriate to the industry. 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years sales experience, some of which involved the sales of business-to-business services.
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to comfortably relate and interact with senior level management.  Must have ability to quickly learn and demonstrate knowledge of manufacturing industry utilizing engineering specific verbiage.  Must also have awareness of the aerospace and/or medical industries.
• Effective time management and project management skills.
• Demonstrated teamwork orientation and the ability to successfully work with others across the company.
• BA/BS in business or engineering or equivalent experience required. Additional related education and/or training a plus.
• Ability to travel 20-30% of the time.
• Local candidate are preferred.

Compensation:

Negotiable and can be determined with Senior Management.

CNC Machine Tool Technician

• Candidate will be the lead person servicing and maintaining all plant production machines.
• Candidate will be expected to work with plant production management establishing routine maintenance and repair processes to ensure machine uptime needed to meet production goals.
• Must have the skills needed to communicate with the manufacturer coordinating parts delivery and getting advice on more difficult repair and maintenance issues.
• Experience with installation, maintenance and repair of high tech machines.
• Well versed in pneumatics, hydraulics, machine control, ability to troubleshoot and repair 110 volt through 480 volt three phase distributions for machines.
• Responsible for acquisition of all parts, tools and equipment to ensure proper preventative maintenance and timely response to production machine outages.
• Responsible for communication with machine manufacturers and distributors on CNC repair, installation and parts procurement.
